Hi everyone!

I have commenced my experience assessment for the Associate Membership level. In the experience Assessment there are questions with reference to the Organization and it's strategy, challenges it faces and external trends. Is this a generic question or is it asked from an HR Perspective?

Hello Diana, I hope you're well.

I have looked into this for you with our Experience Assessment team, who have advised:

"We are primarily looking for the answers to be from an organisational perspective. The final sub question in question 1 of this section asks how your work supports the org strategy and priorities - this is where you will draw out what you are doing as a people practitioner to support delivery of this org strategy."
