I think I need to consult the "hive mind" on this.
I need to prepare a business case for my employer on my next chunk of training budget. I'm thinking of going down the CIPD Experience Assessment route to get me from Assoc CIPD to Chartered CIPD member.
However, it comes across more as a "rubber stamp" exercise rather than a learning journey. What benefits could I add to a business case for this investment?
Any thoughts appreciated.
