Accepted for Assoc CIPD Experience Assessment

Managed to get the paperwork submitted well within deadline. It was a really interesting exercise, especially trimming down to meet word count!

I had a PD date booked but sadly needed to change it as my partner's father passed away and the funeral is on the original date. Was really grateful to the CIPD EA Team and my Assessor for rearranging so it is only a day later.

Discussion is next Wednesday morning. Looking forward to it, albeit with some butterflies about the impact bit as in education it's quite difficult to use some of the standard metrics...
