Jobs - HR roles with visa sponsorship

Hi everyone,
I hope you’re well. I’m currently based in the UK and hold Associate CIPD Level 5. I’m exploring HR roles with visa sponsorship and would really appreciate any links, resources or employer contacts that provide sponsorship for HR professionals.

If you’ve come across any helpful job boards, recruiters, companies that sponsor visas, or general advice on how to approach employers for sponsorship, I’d be extremely grateful.

    Do you currently work in HR as the amount of experience you have is likely to have an impact. The minimum salary requirement for a skilled worker visa is £41,700 which might just be possible without level 7 as long as you have a significant amount of experience.

    Universities/Research organisations do often have sponsorship licences so can be a good place to look. The University near me is offering sponsorship for a Senior HR Business Partner role they are advertising. They do require a level 7 in addition to significant experience, but it does show that roles are there. jobs.ac.uk can be a good source of jobs in Universities/Research organisations.
