So, I have completed the form and sent it in with my CV.

However... I am worried that I have gone for the wrong level!

I am currently an Associate Member with the Level 5 qualification, backed up with 21 years experience as a HR Manager.

Any advice would be appreciated as I am already getting cold feet.
