There are two sections of submission- Impact and Professional Development. I am assuming that these can be from two different unrelated areas of work and don't need to have a connection.
I am assuming it is not mandatory to share company documents/ presentations as these are confidential. Events, facts, situations, outcome is something that will be sufficient.
