Hi Victoria - I was planned to start today but can't access the ea portal, I've checked all my emails and I've been sent a username but no password, I tried resetting my password but no luck, just wondered if you could tell me if am I missing something straightforward to log in? I really don't want to lose 4 days until CIPD opens after Easter! Thanks

Yep it is definitely overwhelming when you first read through it all! I've tried to send you a message but I keep getting an error message - if you're able to send me your email we can set something up, if not I'll try again this week!
