MCIPD Experience Assessment - new version

Hi all

I've spotted previous discussion threads about the MCIPD EA process, but conscious that they refer to the older approach (with case studies etc.) - I wondered if it might be helpful to have a new thread for people undertaking the current EA?

I'm about halfway through and trying not to panic...many many word docs in development and I'm adding to them as I think of other examples, and also engaging with MCIPD colleagues for advice and guidance, but any tips or advice would be really welcomed!

Equally, if there is anyone on here that is currently in EA and wants a buddy/chat then please let me know - would be lovely to have company!

I am just about to embark on the EA route and would love to chat to others who are at a similar stage (under the new assessment format). If you're happy to have another virtual buddy, I'd absolutely welcome that to ease me through the process!

Hello all,
I'm just starting experience assessment at Associate Level. Being part of a buddy network to chat and share ideas on a forum would be really helpful to keep the motivation going and know you're approaching things in the right way. Eight weeks is going to whizz by!

A bit late to the party, but I have just submitted my evidence for the Chartered assessment.
Interview booked for the 7th Jan, fingers crossed.
