Hi All,
I am looking to upgrade to Chartered Member via the EA route. I have been researching on the CIPD website and there is loads of info that really confuses over time! I understand the process, but would like to understand the below:
- expectations and the kind of questions
- the kind of evidences.
- stakeholder feedback?
- duration of the the whole process
- study/ mentor support, if available
- what should we prepare for the professional discussion
I wold like clarification on the above.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
