Happy New Year! I saw your post and wondered how you've got on or whether your assessment is still ongoing? I've done the pre-assessment stage and am looking to upgrade to Fellow but it seems like quite a detailed process and wondered what your experience of it has been? Would you recommend it and if you are still going through the process, I'd love to connect with you and have more of a chat about it.

The assessment was pretty tough, like a very long job interview really, but I found it really valuable for understanding my own strengths and development areas. It gave me a great opportunity to look back over my development and the good work I've done over the last few years. That was really worth doing.
