I am looking to hear of experiences from my fellow CIPD colleagues.
I have been working within the HR function for 11 years - 6 years of this as a Senior practitioner but have only recently (February) completed an EA and was awarded Associate status (long story! Maternity leave etc). In the meantime, I believe based on current levels of accountability and business impact that I would actually be eligible to apply for MCIPD. Has anybody gained Chartered membership through multiple EA? Or am I suggesting something totally unheard of?
I plan to attend an event at my local CIPD center on the new profession map and will maybe look to speak to someone about options to progress whilst I am there.
