Hi!

After several years working as HRM for an SME I have decided to go for the upgrade! I have recently received confirmation from the pre-assessment that I am eligible and will opt for the form based route however, is there any one who has recently upgraded, or an assessor, that would be prepared to guide me through the questions? I have listed several examples to use but would really appreciate some guidance as to whether I'm using the correct example for the question before I start
