Connecting while on Experience Assessment

Hi everyone,

Today I started my experience assessment for the Chartered Membership and would love to connect with anyone who has gone through the process or who is also just starting the process.

My background is in the charity sector as a Senior Leadership Team member responsible to our Board of Trustees for the organisation's HR direction and People Strategy. I've wanted to do the assessment for a couple of years but the timing has never been right. I am sure I have the necessary experience but compiling it all is daunting to me. I would love to hear from others so feel free to reach out.

  • Hi Catrina, it sounds like our experience is very similar - I am the Head of HR for a social care charity in Scotland. I completed the MSc in HRM over 10 years ago but with family commitments and changing jobs, I never got round to the upgrade but really want to do it now.
