Hi everyone,
Today I started my experience assessment for the Chartered Membership and would love to connect with anyone who has gone through the process or who is also just starting the process.
My background is in the charity sector as a Senior Leadership Team member responsible to our Board of Trustees for the organisation's HR direction and People Strategy. I've wanted to do the assessment for a couple of years but the timing has never been right. I am sure I have the necessary experience but compiling it all is daunting to me.
