I have just completed my CIPD Level 5 and would like to upgrade to a Chartered Member. As I don't have my advanced diploma I understand I would need to complete the experience assessment. However, would that mean I am required to pay the full amount of the assessment fee £2,045 when I have just paid £1996 to do my associate level?
