Professional qualification requirements for Chartered Membership

Hi,

I am currently researching available Level 7 courses available to study in order to support with an application to upgrade my membership once achieved. A local college is no longer running the Level 7 Advance Diploma in Strategic People Management however has suggested the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice (SQF Level 11). Would this qualify in the same way as the Level 7 Advance Diploma in Strategic People Management in terms of Chartered Membership upgrades?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lyndsey, welcome to the forum. Hopefully somoene from the membership team will be along shortly, but I am pretty certain that it is only CIPD qualifications that would enable you to apply for Chartered status on completion. I think that if you don't have one of those, the only alternative would be to do experience assessment. www.cipd.org/.../
