Going to MCIPD Experience Assessment

Hello,

I'm Cheryl, I've worked in HR for 13 years+, L5 qualified with many years as a HR Business Partner. Currently undergoing my experience assessment for MCIPD. I have submitted my written part however I have the PD coming up on the 8th May. Naturally nervous so I was wondering if anyone would be willing to connect to discuss their experience, how they prepared for the PD.

Great! Status achieved. I did through experience route instead of upgrade.

Are you doing the experience? Entails a short written piece and examples of situations that are covered in the guide.
