Upgrading to Chartered Membership

I have over 30 years HR experience and undertook the Level 5 qualification in 2017 and the Level 7 in 2019.  I am working as a ER and Change Consultant for a large local authority.

I have been wanting to upgrade to Chartered membership for some years as I feel it reflects my experience and the level I am working at.

Can anyone provide any advice for completing the assessment?

  • Hi Debra the process for me was very much about evidence based performance, for example demonstrating how you have managed to get buyin from superiors and directors and giving examples of how you achieved this. for me it came down to things like how I put together the information, how it benefited the business, how i gained buyin and managed to get upper management on board, how it was then evidenced the process had worked, and how this was measured. there was a big focus on what my report detailed in the beginning stances when it came to getting people on board etc. it was very well thought out and I did find it difficult but well worth it the written assessment is your big focus, cover every single point it asks and pack it full of information
