Hi Debra the process for me was very much about evidence based performance, for example demonstrating how you have managed to get buyin from superiors and directors and giving examples of how you achieved this. for me it came down to things like how I put together the information, how it benefited the business, how i gained buyin and managed to get upper management on board, how it was then evidenced the process had worked, and how this was measured. there was a big focus on what my report detailed in the beginning stances when it came to getting people on board etc. it was very well thought out and I did find it difficult but well worth it the written assessment is your big focus, cover every single point it asks and pack it full of information
