Upgrading to Chartered Membership

I have over 30 years HR experience and undertook the Level 5 qualification in 2017 and the Level 7 in 2019. I am working as a ER and Change Consultant for a large local authority.

I have been wanting to upgrade to Chartered membership for some years as I feel it reflects my experience and the level I am working at.

Can anyone provide any advice for completing the assessment?

I would strongly recommend linking in with your local CIPD group, if humanly possible. I found a local member who worked as an assessor and she was enormously generous in giving her time to make sure my submission ticked all the right boxes.
