Currently Associate CIPD, I need advices (or if someone is ready to mentor me) on how to elevate to Chartered membership .
I am Associate CIPD since November 2023, after completing the Level 7 certification.
Currently stuck in a clerical job in public administration ( with a title of HR Officer), It's hard to make an impact as a People professional .
I'm still looking for a better opportunity, more suitable with what I have to offer, but meanwhile I don't know what I can do to get the credentials for Chartered membership.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you used the 'readiness' checker as this will give you an idea of how ready you are to upgrade to Chartered membership and it should give some guidance in terms of what you need to do if you aren't ready just yet. You can access it via this link www.cipd.org/.../
If you can have a look at that and then let us know what it says, we could then make some suggestions to help you achieve that level
