Hi Munir, I just came across your post, I have submitted my written assessment and have my discussion booked for next week. What stage are you at, have you completed now?

I came across your comment about completing the CIPD Chartered Membership Experience Assessment and found it really helpful.

I’m currently looking into this route myself as an Associate Member and I’m considering applying through the Experience Assessment. I just wanted to ask how you found the process overall, particularly the written assessment and the discussion stage.

Any insight you’re happy to share would be really appreciated.
