There's already quite a bit of information on our website about how to upgrade via the Experienced Assessment route, but given we've had quite a number of recent discussion threads asking about this, I wanted to draw attention to this new video (which I think is great).
I was very interested to hear how Jason talks about how the process itself encouraged him to reflect and review on his own experience, think critically about that experience... and also remember things he'd forgotten!
It brought validation and increased confidence... and also prompted him to think about where there were gaps in his knowledge and focus of the opportunities for new personal development.
