Hi All I'm still new to this field and just enrolled into CIPD level 3 and 5. I dont have a background in HR. However, I am looking for a post. I have more of information and NHS administration background. Although I have a degree in History. I would like to ask how the essays for the assignment questions are answered. Does anybody have a essay structure they use or any tips to make assignment writing easier. Also do I need a job in order to complete the assignments for CIPD level 5. I must admit I enrolled for both of them without giving much thought on assessment. Thanks so much guys.
