Just before some recent leave I created a new forum here, which I've named "AI in HR". I've curated a few exisiting discussions and given them this new home.
While I was away, CIPD published some new guidance on how employers can prepare a user policy on generative AI for their workplace... and how this technology can be used to support HR functions - which is what we've been discussing a bit lately.
