Good afternoon

Our supply agencies are pretty good at suppling a comprehensive vetting sheet when we have supply teachers in, but i would like to send them an overarching letter to seek confirmation that they complete the required checks (i know they all do, just want something on file with the SCR).

To save re-inventing the wheel, does anyone have a template letter they would be willing to share?
