Hi All 

This one is mainly for HR professionals working in Education, although I'm open to responses from other sectors too :)

I am aware that the statutory paternity pay is 2 weeks, paid at the rate set by the government at that time (which is circa £151.97 at the moment). 

Does your school/Academy/MAT offer enhanced pay? eg. 2 weeks full pay, 1 week full pay and 1 week SPP. 

If so, can you confirm what you offer - just trying to get a feel for the market as we are currently updating our policy!
