Hi All,
I was hoping to get some help from colleagues if possible. I have spent many years in HR in various sectors and more recently was HR lead to set up a new university. I have since then retrained, reskilled and moved into Coaching and Leadership development and am focusing on support to schools, academies and trusts through and beyond these more recent challenging times developing organisational wellbeing through the leadership team.
I was wondering if those HR professionals that work within these structures could offer any insight into who makes the decision on how support such as training,development and coaching for academic staff and leadership is put into place and / or where support/development services are sourced from more generally.
