As new in post HR officer I am conducting a check in for the staff representatives to guide them on how to engage with their departments.
What sort of items should they be asking for to feed back to Executive so that their meetings with departments don't turn into moaning shops?
Thinking - ideas to improve working ways / will impact the schools goals etc?
Help this is new ground for me and I want to advise them well on what they should think about looking for before they meet with their teams....
