I was wondering if anyone has ever received or is aware of anyone that can provide training on NJC Job evaluation? Our Academies follow NJC, which means that when a new role is added to the structure we need to approach our local LA on an adhoc basis to carry out Job evaluation. So I am wondering if there is any sort of training available for this, so it is something we can carry out thoroughly in house, so to speak.
