I am currently reviewing our HR structure which consists of a HR Director and a full time HR officer. We have 2 schools with 245 staff. We also outsource our Payroll/ HR services.
we are considering whether there is a need to change our structure to delegate more day to day operational issues to schools, so any information on how similar sized MATs are operating would be appreciated.
Id also be greatful for some input with regards to what key roles and responsibilities are listed for:
