As a small Trust of 2 schools, i am trying to centralise some of the work at a Trust level.

I have been asked to review the existing Exit interview process which has previously been conducted at school level. 

We want the central HR team to manage this process and wondered if you have a process/ structure on how you manage this in your Trust.
