Is anyone out there using iTrent payroll and making use of the 'correspondence' tool in there to issue letters or contracts to staff. I am looking to try and link up with anyone who is building correspondence in their system. 

I am fairly new to the system and having a nightmare with the correspondence build, some of it down to known issues in the system which is due to be corrected in their next version update and part of it down to limited data fields to select from.
