Hi, I hope you don't mind me contacting you regarding this old thread.
I looked at Civica a few years ago and was quite impressed by the system. We are now (eventually!) looking at buying a HR system for our MAT (currently we have 350 staff over 4 schools but looking to expand).
I did read a comment from you on one of the CIPD threads, that you had abandoned Civica during the implementation process - would you be willing to share your experiences with me?

Hi Elaine

Happy to connect - we made the decision to discontinue implementation for several reasons, issues around the workforce census were a significant concern at the time (there may have been improvements with the system since then). awhite@prospere.org.uk
