I don't think there is a "best" one certainly not in terms of career prospects or an entry route into HR/furthering your career.

I would go for the one whose course, teaching style, location etc appeals to you the most.

Thanks for the advice, I want to start compiling research now but I would go for the course modules, to be honest. Location doesn't bother me as I am more than willing to move anywhere in the world (when we're allowed)
