I am carrying out some benchmarking for our Board on what other Academies/Academy Trusts are doing in respect of uplifting payscales for teaching and support staff and whether they are following national increases.

Any information would be gratefully appreciated.

Could I please ask you to spare a couple of minutes to let me know if you are:

• Following national increases for teachers? Y/N – if not, are you planning any % uplift to payscales?
• Following NJC increases for Support Staff? Y/N – if not, are you planning any % uplift to payscales?
