Hi all,

Earlier this week, an agreement was reached on the NJC for Local Government Services ('Green Book') pay award for 2020-21, effective from 1st April 2020. As a result annual leave was increased from 21 to 22 days for employees with less than five years' service.

Does anyone have the TTO calculations they would be kind enough to share?

As most NJC employees have more than 22 days annual leave entitlement anyway under local conditions (e.g. in our region the minimum is 25 days) there hasn't been any need to amend TTO calculations. Do you have staff who are on the minimum?
