Does anyone build into part of their recruitment process a consent form for employee's photographs to appear on social media?
If so, can you share some wording for a consent form?
This does not form part of our privacy notice and we have recently received concerns about new-starter's photos being posted on social media feeds (for the employer) without express consent.
