I have recently started a course with CIPD and have not posted on the discussion board before, so please forgive me if this is not the usual post!

We have a new starter whose Health Check has come back stating they have a pre-existing medical condition. I have looked online for a 'pre-existing medical condition risk assessment' template but most of what I have found is covid related, whereas I need just a standard template, not covid relevant at all. If anyone has a template they wouldn't mind sharing / pointing me in the right direction, I would be extremely grateful. The new starter will be a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school.
