Hi, we had put off making changes to our TTO calculations pending appeal to the Supreme Court. However, most recent Advisory Bulletin 681 states that until such appeal is heard (date not set) guidance set out in Bulletin 673 stands - this states that TTO holiday calculations should not be pro rata'd for weeks worked. We are therefore making the change now, (for us it affects those with less than 5 years service and on a salary up to new scp 13). My question is how many other Authorities have made the change and from what date? Thank you very much. Sarah
