Hi,

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice?

I posted (quite a long one, sorry!) on here in May, and added to my own post with an update and further questions since, including today, but I believe I've done this incorrectly because my post is showing as a reply (I'm a bit of a technophobe) so it looks as though I've replied to my own questions?  Can my post still be viewed as an open query or does it look 'closed'?  Sorry to be a pain!  Anyway, I'm still looking for some advice!  Many thanks, Rosemary
