Hi, hope you can help.

We are reviewing our IT structure as we need to cut costs and know that the current structure we have (2 FT plus external support) is a luxury compared to other schools.  We are  c 690 pupils (primary) with c 100 staff.

I would be interested to know what IT support structures other similar (size) schools have in place and whether this works for your school and if not what would the structure need to look like to fully support your staff/pupils with their IT.
