Hi all, 

I  am in the process of putting together a central Google sheet to collect data from MAT's in my academy on employees who have requested a referral for covid-19 testing and/or people who are shielding for 12 weeks etc. 

Has anyone done this already and if you wouldn't mind what other information did you put on the sheet to collect from your MAT's? Would be good for me to know and include as I am new to the education world.
