I am new to school contracts and currently work in an independent school. I have been tasked to look at term time staff and I am looking at the contracts. I am aware that all staff are entitled to holiday pay but how do others include this in their salary. We pay their salary over 12 months. Do others pay their holiday pay separately, say in August?

I would be most grateful for any advice and if anyone has a  template support staff, term time only contract that you could share?.
