Hi All,

I hope that this finds you well in these strange times.

I am looking at our recruitment practices and wondered if any of you in MATs have a system whereby you retain applicant details (with consent) so that you can alert candidates to future vacancies?

Any thoughts on this will be welcomed.

We use PeopleHR, and it has this function built-in. Very useful!

Hi Melissa,
We use Jobtrain Solutions for our applicant tracking system and they incorporate it into our T&C's when candidates apply. It is decided by us and stated in our HR Records Retention Guidance. We also use the system to create Job Pools of great candidates.
