i wondered if anyone had a calculator or formula they use for calculating annual leave entitlement after a period of long term absence that they could share?
our policy provision is that the first 4 weeks accrue at the contractual rate, and after 4 weeks' absence it accrues at the statutory rate. there appears to be some confusion around how the bank holidays are factored into calculations, so would really appreciate seeing how others do this in practice!
