Does anyone working in a MAT keep records centrally of who across the Trust is on the different NPQ programmes, and if so what do you do with the information?

I am trying to collate details across the Trust and then think about what we can do with the information to support individuals on completion (e.g. offer a practice interview and determine where they want to be in future) and feed into succession planning.

If anyone has any experience or thoughts on this it will be much appreciated.
