Hi Sarah, I had a chance to look at the Arbor system when I met the team at the Academies show in Birmingham..I have seen a lot of HR systems in my time and I was very impressed...if you like integrated systems which have flexible functionality, you will really like Arbor....they know they have to crack the dominance of SIMS and so are on their toes in trying provide a great alternative. If I was introducing a new system I would definitely choose them.
