Teacher JDs will depend on your performance management/pay policy (assuming you follow the burgundy book).

We have one JD which details day to days tasks, but, we also have career stage expectations which detail the level for each grade e.g. the "quality" of work for an M1 will be different to an M6 etc.

Some unions are against using CSE, however, our actual reps understand the importance of using them for consistency across our MAT when bench marking performance and subsequent pay rises.
