Developing a Wellbeing Strategy

Hi - I’m reaching out to HR colleagues for some inspiration! I have recently joined a MAT with 9 schools. I undertook a sickness audit which resulted in standardising procedures and return to work processes and interviews - so far so good and I’m hoping to see a reduction in absences in the forthcoming reviews. Another recommendation was to devise and implement a Staff Well-being Strategy with very little verging on no budget. Some schools do zero whilst some have small initiatives in place - has anyone formulated and written a strategy bringing all schools into one family ? Any advice- or samples be most appreciated.
