Applicant Tracking System

Hi,

Does anyone use an Applicant Tracking System for their recruitment? Our college employs around 170 staff and we are looking to implement one to streamline services but wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

    Sophie,

    I am currently working with Logic Melon which is an ATS which does what you need it to do regarding integrating your job boards, managing your candidate database/pool and ensuring that you are GDPR compliant (no more emailing of CVs to managers with all of their lovely personal data on them !!).

    There are many different options out there check out Advorto and Jobtrain.
